During our off-season, we operate on limited days, so bookings are highly recommended, though walk-ins are still welcome.

We offer a 3-course 'Hïber Menu' for all party sizes at $89 per person. You can also choose our 5-course tasting menu for $144 per person or experience our Chef's Table for $233 per person, where you'll dine with a view of the kitchen and have the opportunity to converse with the chef.

We can accommodate most dietary requirements, allergies and flavour dislikes with at least 24 hours' notice. Please note that a surcharge may apply for certain dietary requests.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please advise if you or any of your dining partners have any allergies, dietary requirements or strong dislikes you would like catered for. We can accommodate most needs so long as we have 24 hours notice to prepare.

BOOKING TIME FRAMES

For groups of 1 - 5 people, we allow a 2 hour time frame for all 3 Course set Menus and à la carte bookings.

For groups of 6+, we allow a 2.5 hour time frame for all 3 Course set Menus and à la carte bookings.

We may require the table returned after such time to accommodate other bookings. In this event, you will be advised prior to your dining experience.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require payment details via the secure Stripe payment platform in order to secure your booking. We will not charge unless a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the booking or in the event of a booking not showing. The late cancellation or no show fee is $50 per person.

Cancellations made prior to this will incur no fee.
